This is THE BEST RICOTTA!! I have tried many recipes for it and this is the most tastiest. I have used it for every other recipe that calls for ricotta. Looking forward to trying other recipes from you site.

For the pizza, I also added sliced zucchini, olives and onions..delish!!!
