  • 2/3 cup whole cashews - raw
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

      Hi Kathy,

      It would be a different flavor, but we don’t see why pecan meal can’t work. Almonds are more bland than pecans, so the nut flavor will come through quite a bit more, though. Let us know if you try it and how it comes out!
